I have been assigned as VAS director one year ago.
- I am managing Projects Portfoliio with total budget 550 MSAR.
- 26 % of has been saved from the total budget which equlas 143 MSAR. (On Top saving + Embeded Saving).
- One project rather that acieving saving it achieved revenue = 950 MSAR. This achived by making data analytics which guided us to bridge gaps and redirect the investment to the proper invstable ways.
- One of my project has been added to the Final list of the pasific procurment award.
-STC-Procurement has been add as competetor in the final list of the EIPM award which reflect that it is folloiwng the world class process and procedures.
- I am sharing in many intitaives like holding agreememnts with some companies, catgorize procurment and align it with the market trend.
-I was the leader for the orgnization helath indcator OHI and i have steped up the incator from 64 to 76.
