Territory Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of the shops, to lead and inspire the Store Managers to deliver consistently high standards of customer service, maximizing and growing gross and net income and minimizing costs.
Store Manager must assist the Operations Director in achieving maximum sales and margin, controlling shrinkage/operating costs, planning and monitoring of inventory management and ensuring high productivity of the management and staffs in the Store. Overseeing all commercial aspects and operations of the entire Store, coordinating and ensuring effective communication among stores, head office and customers.

Job description:
FMCG/Fresh Food Duty Manager assists the Store Manager in achieving maximum sales and margin, controlling shrinkage / operating costs, planning and monitoring of inventory management and ensuring high productivity of the Management and staffs in the Store. Together with other Assistant Store Managers, act as the Duty Manager on shifts overseeing all commercial aspects and operations of the entire Store, coordinating and ensuring effective communication among Stores, Head Office and Customers.
I was also acting as a stock take Manager,
•Draw up action plans to monitor stock loss via stock take and partial stock take.
•Training the staff.
•Dividing Store into sections.
•Setting store and inventory Map.
Grocery Manager is responsible for managing department availability, kvi items, replenishment, merchandising, grocery staff, expiry checker, product file assistant and other operational processes to company standards. He must follow the Company sales and procedures as ensures that the department achieves the standards of performance as outlined in the work plan. He plans, order, and process grocery products according to work plan and standards to maximize sales and gross profit. Grocery Manager ensures all new department associates receive proper training and supervision and ensures correct replenishment and direct items ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and building of displays.
