Supervise & control numerous staff to ensure implementation of company policy and monitor daily procedures.
Deal with all customers (Fleet customers, whole sellers, overseas customers and local customers)
Monitoring daily Sales reports, checking customer accounts, cash & credits following up all due debts. Making sure that cash money is deposited to bank or main cashier.
Check daily purchases reports, making sure all items are received and correct. Follow up any lost sales; keep availability for latest models and moving items at reasonable level. Keep stock for two months at least under any circumstances. Place and follow up all VOR/WOR orders and get them from closest sources.
Print monthly and annual reports, send them to top management and offer how can improve sales with suggestions.
Use Outlook for all external and internal correspondences; write letters and reports to overseas factories and companies.
Deal & solve all problems which may happen in business and doing all other related matters.
