• Report to the Registrar on all administrative business and office routines to ensure reliability and confidentiality at all times.
• Establish and maintain an accurate, secure, and confidential student records filing system.
• Prepare and organize all student database questionnaires as it relates to recruiting school visits.
• Handle all routine administrative matters and inquiries from Students including parents and Alfaisal school visits and convey them to the Registrar.
• Act as the Registrar and handle all duties during Registrar's annual vacation.
• Process the student's applications into BlackBaud system.
• Issuing the statistics about the admission to the Ministry of Education.
All admission works.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls.
• Manage the visitors to the president and the departments.
• Communicate with the global head offices related to McDonald's.
• Send the restaurant's requests to the suppliers.
