Conduct disease monitoring activity in tiger, prey and feral animals in Sundarbans
periphery
• Develop research and disease surveillance methodologies, instrumentation and
protocols for field sampling, lab investigation, analysis, and report preparation.
• Training staff in animal handling, blood and other sample collection, pre and post

• Representing the WildTeam at meetings, functions, events and give presentations
when required.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly activity budget and submission to line
manager/supervisor
• Coordination with STIAs as per the requirement.

Performed over 1000 sterilization surgeries on both male and female dogs following aseptic protocols.
Performed over 30 sterilization surgeries on both male and female cats following aseptic protocols.
Performed vaccination of dog cat and other livestock.
Performed over 2000 sterilization surgeries on both male and female dogs following aseptic protocols.
Performed over 50 sterilization surgeries on both male and female cats following aseptic protocols
Accompanied the Animal Control Officers (ACOs) regularly during dog collection and return
Led Post Operative Monitoring (POM) team regularly and performed follow up duties.
Participated in community awareness raising activities during field visits
Manned Obhoyaronno’s Saturday Pet Clinic to provide services such as spay-neuter, vaccination, de-worming, and to treat pets with various illnesses as well as victims of accidents, abuse and injury.
