Job descritpion :
International and local Purchase, Supply and Forecasting sales and orders.
Responsible for clean and error free execution of international procurement related functions.
Annual plans prioritising and resourcing
Warehousing annual budget and planning.
Development of the supply chain strategy for the organization, with values, business goals, and representing the organization to internal and external stakeholders
Operations planning process including Supply / Demand forecasting, order management and on time delivery.
Monitoring and analyze current trends in the marketplace
Anaylysing different sales reports.Sales, Targets, Budget, and discussing with sales time to time to maintain Performance graph to to the mark.
Developing and implementing new systems, best practices, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business including reports
Development of SCM team and performance monitoring.
KPIs monthly on shipments and customer complaints.
Coordinating with Higher management for various operational procedures & implementations.
Communication with Ericsson Supply Project & STC.
To monitor day to day routine site deliveries process after receiving the S.M.R (site material requests) from head office.
To properly utilize human resources.
To check shipment arrival clearance process.
To report supply in case of any damages, missing materials received through shipment or local supplier.
Organizing timely checks for all Safety equipments.
Organizing Monthly Stock Check for identifying differences, if any, with System actual and Physical Stock.
Monitoring Stacking of materials on Racks and different bins.
Attended and was an active member in investigating on major Year End and midyear Stock Takes for both STC and Mobily accounts.
Duty roistering and monitoring the general operation of junior members.
Handling customer queries and ensuring that prompt action is taken
