1- Reduce customer complaint related to L&D.
2- Support investigation with QA for CC, inspection, block, isolate and final feedback about the

3- Support 3PL for Temp. solutions to tracking the Temp. during transportation.

Handling all agency product complaints, investigation, inspection and isolate the affected products with support in all branches.
Handling all quality issues related to SUNBULAH plants with concerned team or decision makers.
Training logistic & distribution team for good warehousing practice, cold chain management and FEFO.
1- Training warehouse stuff on cold chain management to improve the current warehouses situation.
2- Train all staff on market returns process and checks.
3- Implementation of hygiene system of all site area.
4- Training session for sales team to qualify them for food safety and the reason of spoilage the food items, and the risk of wrong handling that happens in customer's storage.
5- Conduct a special training for warehouse supervisors to qualify them to be a part of quality, to support in quality decisions.

Ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained at all locations in Production & warehouse facilities that meet with Company & SASO Standards.
Record and report all CCP's and Major findings to Quality Manager to review for proper action & corrective action
Ensure that all staff follows hygiene rules and report if any staff is subject to food safety violation
Microbiological analysis of Raw Material & Finished Product to confirm its compliance with our standards.
Microbiologically checking Machine and Staff Hygiene by taking swabs from respective areas.
Ensure that all products complies with microbiological criteria for TPC, Staphylococcus aureus, Coliforms, E coli, Salmonella and Yeast & Mold.
Responsible for maintain Calibration of Instruments in the lab.
Maintaining the inventory of Lab consumables and ordering accordingly with the suppliers.
Responsible for analysis of Wheat Flour, Honey, Frozen Pastry, Frozen Bread and their ingredients.
Suggesting and implementing Quality reports of Bakery.
Suggesting and implementing training for employees (hygiene & food safety).
Implementing training for Warehouse team (Food Safety & Good Hygiene Practice for RM Warehouse).
Suggesting and implementing Chromogenic Media for Pathogenic Bacteria.
Development of warehouse candling report (adding list for all finished products and issues).
Movements between all site (Bakery, Pastry, Pastry II, Microbiology, RM & PM analysis).
Preparation of all equipment and Medias to establishment Microbiology Lab.
In charge of Microbiological Lab.
First Lab. In Egypt that using Chromogenic Media for pathogenic Bacteria.
Ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained at all locations in Production that meet with Company Standards.
