Working with a team of technical professionals to accomplish perfection while meeting the responsibilities, budget and standards set by the clients & ISO9001:2008.Handling designing, estimation, procurement operations and technical/commercial issues; Project Management, quality assurance and control as per the International/Client Standards, project closing and documentation necessary for project hand over. Coordination of operation teams and Projects Management teams with client to ensure smooth operations and business results. Creating and executing project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements to meet timelines and milestones. Manage infrastructure scope for the project and gain agreement and approval of scope changes. Provide documentation, support and processes developed to meet corporate and divisional goals. Ensure timely and prompt reporting and resolution of all issues relating to operations. Producing a weekly status report for the project. Reporting financial progress for Finance Department for proper invoicing and payments. Ensure all needed documentation & signatures are obtained for project deliverables. Project manager for the telecommunication project.
