Arranging, Organizing and Assisting of Site office, Projects & Plants utilities - e.g. Electricity & Water Supply, Telephone Installations, Staff Transportation & Accommodation.
Provide support for Tabreed’s staff, Contractors and Sub-Contractors to the Project Sites.
Assure smooth and safe delivery of all project equipments to the sites.
Updating files and maintaining records of all contractors and sub-contractors (Over 75 companies)
Coordinating between Contractors, Tabreed and Government.
Ensure smooth running and operation of the daily routine work.
Maintaining Brigade Arms / Equipments / Vehicles and Accommodation ledgers.
Distribution of Weapons /Equipments / Vehicles and Accommodation items to the units.
Stock taking and Inspection - Quarterly and Yearly
Handover and takeover of New Camps and Accommodation.
Supervising proper storage of equipment and supplies.
Handling General Ledgers of Ammunitions.
Stores Inspection.
