Job Profile: Responsible for end-to-end coordination for designing, development, testing, and release of projects related to IOS & Android mobile applications. Participates in the scoping of projects and works with Project Managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications. Works to mitigate risk while managing tasks, resources and changes.
• Support the entire project lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support).
• Defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical
path tasks.
• Gather specific requirements from the clients and suggest solutions.
• Liaise with development team to plan new features.
• Use Agile/SCRUM or standard software development processes.
• Continuous collaboration and communication with the stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.

Job Profile: Responsible for end-to-end specification, development, testing, and release of assigned project deliverables. Participates in the scoping of proposed enhancements, and works with Content Managers, Product Managers, or other Project Managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications. Works to mitigate risk while managing tasks, resources, and changes. Oversees or works independently to provide for data transformation, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support needs. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Identify and implement tasks and technical requirements for assigned (group’s) enhancements. Provides predictive caution if tasks will not be completed on time. Identifies scope creep.
• Lead or work with cross-team resources involved in an assigned project and complete tasks for successful completion of project.
• Creates specifications for each release and enhancement. Works with development staff to develop enhancement in a timely fashion.
• Gathers feedback from aligned content groups for future enhancements and ways to increase timeliness, accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness.
• Provides training, technical and functional support, and develops and maintains procedures.
• Reporting performance of projects on weekly basis and presenting it to the Global Management. (Reporting the weekly progress of the projects (“Machine Translation-Translation Memory System”, “Outsourcing Strategy” & “Translations Automation System”) as well as API’s count consumed (Microsoft and Google Translate) and sending the communication to the senior management).

Job Profile: Supports all aspects of process ownership & continuous process improvement for aligned content group(s), including new process roll-out and change management implementation. Maps critical processes, conducts shadowing and data analysis and occasionally participates in workflow to ensure that all processes for respective content group(s) are properly documented and adhere to organizational best practices.
• Continuous collaboration and communication with the stakeholders globally (USA, India and Pakistan) to ensure the success of the project.
• Begins analysis to uncover the root causes of complex problems. Proposes solutions in partnership with Process, Project &/or Content Managers. Ensures that proposed solutions address the root cause and add value to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Content Managers & Process Specialists/Experts from other content groups to identify & execute on shared/cross-department initiatives.
• Increases knowledge of SNL systems (CTS, WestX, File Check Manager (FCM), Translations Automations logic) and data collection best practices; Participates in training initiatives & increases knowledge of various formal & informal Business Process Management disciplines; supports the dissemination of subject matter expertise throughout all levels of respective content group(s).
• Managing projects financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing project forecast; scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.(The main cost of translating the Non-English data in-house was reduced by outsourcing the data to external agencies, other cost cutting solution of delivering the quality data was implemented which included building the Content Memories using MemoQ software and getting the core financial content reviewed by the external agencies. As a result successfully implemented and monitored “Machine Translation-Translation Memory System”, “Outsourcing Strategy” & “Translations Automation System” projects).
• Coordination with the internal clients of SNL & External Agencies of the department on regular basis for delivery of timely and quality data in order to ensure that the project is smoothly executed. (Aligned the planning & execution of the project with the priorities and requirements of internal clients. Implemented and supervised the Outsourcing strategy in collaboration with the external agencies in terms of reducing the financial & Time aspect and enhancing the quality).
• Provides training's and guidance to analysts for use, features, and functionality of assigned systems.
Job Profile: Configuration Support Management is responsible for end-to-end Project and Configuration Management network functions, with the key objectives of network performance reporting and analysis and network acceptance and changes in the current network configuration.
• Knowledgeable in various NSN internal applications such as, Network Editor, Managed Object Browser, CM Editor, Operation Manager, Plan Editor.
• Responsible for administering technical issues related to internal NSN applications.
• Providing all kind of technical support to Nokia, through voice, text and in person at Nokia Site Offices and Telenor MSC in collaboration with Nokia Service Desk based in Germany.
• Managing plans: New plan, check, comparing, Activating, etc.
• Providing technical support to Nokia IT / BI and Nokia Networks employees for their issues related to IT.
• Creation and Integration of BTS through XML / NetAct Operation Manager.
• Creating of new sites and linking multiple sites remotely.
• Managing the sites through MML i.e. Uploading software, reset sites, etc.
• Provides training and top tier support for Internal clients.

• Gathers feedback from aligned cross teams for future enhancements and ways to increase timeliness, accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness. Acts as a liaison between cross teams and developers to correct bugs in systems and follows up with end users.
