Dealing With Air Lines/Shipping Lines/Transporters/Customs Dept./Clearing Agents for monetary transactions
Preparing Monthly Profit & Loss Statement on regular basis and handling withholding Tax
Responsible for issuance of Customers’ Invoices, payroll dealing, recovery from customers, handling cash flow statements, reconciliation with debtors and creditors, daily based Bank Reconciliation
Dealing with Foreign Agents for Statement Reconciliations purpose and doing arrangements for Foreign Remittance
To enhance the product knowledge, on ration period of three months i had been transferred to " Logistics Operations Department"

Assisted in shipments’ tracking, delivery of invoices to customers on time, getting Foreign Agent’s invoices and documentation of shipments like Commercial Invoices, Form E, Packing List, Master/House Airway Bill/ B/L and Undertaking
Provided shipment’s update to customers and kept strong liaison with foreign agents, shipper, consignee and airlines
Managed Collection of Delivery Orders/Endorsement from Airlines/Shipping Lines and arranged smooth Delivery Order Endorsement to Consignee
Involved in complete documentation of issuance of invoices
