- Preparation of Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Checklists, Forms, Procedures for all construction related activities to get approval from Client.
- Coordinate with concrete batching plants, laboratory, and witness the material testing in Third Party Laboratories.
- Checking & verification of various concrete mix design according to the project specifications & international standards.
- Checking the suitability of aggregate base course, sub base, sub grade and other fill materials for roads work pavement structures.
- Checking the aggregate & sand for the bedding material and compaction, prior to laying sewerage and storm water pipes.
- Witnessing collection of soil materials for sieve analysis, proctor, CBR, and soil classification for all kinds of soil materials which is to be used at site.
- Checking of laid Storm water, Potable Water and Irrigation Pipe lines Network, Pumping Station and all Electro - Mech. works including elect. Substations, Parks & Recreational centres and Roads with Landscaping (Hard & Soft landscaping) etc.
- Materials testing (in house laboratory and third-party laboratory) for all infrastructural works.
- Controlling of daily routine tests for concrete, earth work and asphalt etc.
- EARTH WORK: - Monitoring, Daily earth work testing at site & in the laboratory e.g., MDD, CBR, Sieve analysis & Field compaction test according to specified frequency of the project specification.
- CONCRETE: - Monitoring performance of concrete works at site e.g., slump for workability, temp, & making of cubes for 7 & 28 days compressive strength respectively.
- Material testing at concrete batching plants and asphalt plant for Trial Mixes.
- Preparation of test results, weekly & monthly summary/progress reports.
- ASPHALT: Asphalt daily sampling for checking of sieve analysis, Extraction for bitumen content, making of daily Marshal for stability, Flow, Voids analysis & Coring for compaction determination.

- Ensure proper & effective co - ordination with client and contractors’ suppliers in connection with quality matters.
- Prepare / Review and timely approval of contractors and sub - contractors’ submittals.
- Preparing & Implementing QA / QC procedure, plans and testing schedule of test.
- Checking the quality of civil works, MEP works and pre-cast moulds.
- Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and procedures.
- Issuance (internal) & closeout (external) of Non-Conformance Reports NCRs, Deficiency reports and Daily Surveillance Reports, whenever any activity doesn’t comply with the approved Method Statements and ITPs or QCS Standards and recommend corrective & preventive measures.
- Preparation of Quality Logs/Registers to update them timely i.e. Inspection Request & Material Inspections Registers, Third Part Tests logs, Calibration logs for Equipment, NCR Observation logs, Monthly QC Reports logs, MES & ITP Logs.
- Conducting and attending the Quality Audits and closing the Audit observations. Also conducting the Audits for Subcontractors and other departments of own company.
- Submission of Prequalification of Subcons to client’s representatives, preparing check lists for all the required items.
- Attending weekly progress and quality meeting with the client’s representatives & construction team to highlight the important issues at site and giving weekly Tool Box Talks at site.
- Monitor and ensure that all activities carried out at site are within required specifications and contract documents and provide necessary guidance to site engineers/ inspectors regarding their responsibilities in accordance with the PQP.
- Usage of Aconex, to check/download the official documents and check their statuses, revisions, approvals on SONO system.
