Tech Lead VMware/XenDesktop/Windows & Docker (Retail Operation)
I am Tech Arch Lead for .Net software development activity which includes manage 100 of developers, programmers and testers, provide them support on VMware/Hyper-V infrastructure, build the windows IIS/SQL DEV/TST/QA/STG/PRD environments for deployment of the codes and manage them all.
Provide vDesktops to offshore developers and testers for software development to the clients location.
Also responsible to run the project smoothly and touch base with onshore/offshore team on all outstanding issues.
Responsibilities:
Windows/VMware/Hyper-V
Pivotal role in building a standardized windows environment across the enterprise to improve organizational effectiveness, reduce costs, and streamline corporate functions. Also provide the multiple development environment to the developers and testers to design and test the new product for the client and deliver on time on Hyper-V and VMware.
Designed and built new Highly Available VMware and Hyper-V infra for the future requirement and prevent any hardware or software outage.
Working with developers to deploy the codes on the environments and test it with tester to see all the functionality is working fine.
Working session with developers, programmers to understand their requirement and implement quickly.
Monitoring the environment with Nagios, VMware Operation Manager & System Centre and provide the logs to performance tester to verify and make the environment stable and integrate with the products.
Creating various process and policy related documents, best practices and standard operating procedures.

Designed and maintaining the Ticket system on SharePoint server for cost saving and it is get successful on onshore and offshore to quick resolution for the issues.
VDI is pivot for software delivery in offshore. Providing and creating the virtual desktops on XenDesktop 7.5 & Horizon View 6.
Configuring, Administration and Troubleshooting dedicated and non-persistence virtual desktops.
Designed the TFS build server for faster delivery of the codes to deploy on the database & application servers.
Responsibilities:
BMR/Virtualization Expert
Designing implementation to migrate physical server on Hyper Converged systems or VMware & Hyper-V environments.
Handling escalation to US customer for bare metal recovery of the virtual server on physical hardware.
Migrating physical server on virtualized environment.
Supporting customer for Business Continuity solution and backup BDR provided by leader in backup datto.
Helping out the US customer on all physical hardware includes HP, IBM, FUJISTU & Dell for configuring and managing as infrastructure as a service level.
Working with US clients directly to restore the data from the continuity boxes and create the virtual server from it if any outage or issues occurred on the physical servers
I was part the team to handle the projects and implement the data center operation across 700 location with esclation calls which was raised by customer to resolve the issues as per the provided SLA.
