• Taking part in the validation of the design basis, area utilization, selection of essential standards, scheme layout for zoning of buildings and infrastructure, building facilities, concepts, philosophies, outline schedules, logistics, sequencing of activities, techno- economic studies, ease of maintenance, HSE plan/acceptability, and construction and completion/procurement strategies.
• Ensure that the overall construction strategy/plan is executed at the site and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s overall strategy. Leadership • Reporting to either the Construction Director or Project Director, providing leadership and guidance to other Construction Managers on the project.
• Analysing monthly operating results against plan/forecast; engaging with cross- functional teams to provide comprehensive analysis and commentary on various trends.
• Developing and maintaining constructive, cooperative working quality relationships with the client and other parties to ensure the project’s success.
• Providing technical support, method statements, material submittals, inspections, and commissioning/handover by design standards (international & local) during the production of sub/ superstructure stages.
• Proactively measuring and maintaining strict follow-up for mitigation plan of any delays/constraints for work front/progress.
• Co-ordinating with negotiation team to draft formal usufruct agreements with Gov. Authorities/ Stakeholders Client like the Ministry of Municipality & Urban Planning, Private Office, Sports Federations, etc.
• Ensuring that project requirements are continually being met to the end-user requirements involving (Final inspection, as-built, snags, attic stock, O&M, warranties, civil defense approval & certificates).
• Managing the contractual work change requests and variations to the contract from inception to approval, including reviews of scopes and specifications and legal and cost evaluation.
• Overseeing the HSE Plan & project safety program to complement the general codes of HSE practices and manual.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes, and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement building, and fostering a culture of data-driven program management, product excellence, and exceptional execution.
• Working with teams to perform a predictive assessment of project progress; proactively
• Supervise the construction of Utility tunnel(8 meter width and 3.5 KM length) and Road tunnel(17 meter width and 3.5 KM length)
• Ensure the casting and installion of the Precast elements(post tension girders) to be as per the employer requirements
• Construction of various of Utilities networks(Drainge, TSE, Water line, telecom ducts, relocation of MV, HV and EHV cables)
• Conducting all the tests for the utilities networks(Pressure test, Air test, Deflection test, Mandrel Test, …)
• Monitoring the Contractor progress and providing feedback to enhance the progress to be aligned with the base line schedule
• Assisting the Contractor for resolving technical issues related to the structure elements and utilities network
• Attending the Weekly/monthly/construction progress meeting and preparing the MOM draft
• Reporting to the SRE and assist in the supervision, monitoring and managing the Contractor including their compliance with the Contract.
• Ensuring that the Works are carried out to the Public Works Authority’s (PWA) Standards, Specification and Schedule and that the Contractor complies with the requirements of the Contract. Assisting the SRE in the supervision of relevant construction aspects of the Works
• Assisting the SRE in performing the assigned duties in the Contract for the Works.
• Assisting the SRE in identifying the resource requirements for the effective supervision of the construction works.
• Assisting the SRE in the management and direction of a team of Engineers and Inspectors for the supervision and monitoring of the execution and compliance of the Works.
• Assisting the SRE in reporting on progress, safety, finance, quality, delay and changes for the construction aspects of the Works.
• Building a trusted relationship with the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Client’s counterpart staff.
• Establishing an appropriate working relationship with the Contractor’s team.
• Placing an emphasis on safe construction practices (Target Zero) and on maintaining a high quality of construction. Lead by example in driving safe practices on site.

• Using effective project management and controls systems to regularly report on progress to the management team.
• Assisting the SRE in monitoring the progress of the construction of the Works against the Programmed and taking steps to ensure compliance with the Programmed.
• Responding to the Contractor’s technical queries.
Project: New Orbital Highway-C4, the project encompasses approximately
52 KM new dual carriage way that includes 8 grade-separated interchanges
consists of 7 lanes in each direction
Project: Lusail CP5B project, Lusail city is a planned city in Qatar, located
on the coast, in the northern part of the municipality of Al Daayen. Lusail is
located about 23 km north of the city centre of Doha, just north of the West
Bay Lagoon, on over 38 km² and will eventually have the infrastructure to
accommodate 450, 000 people

• Administrated all the finishing works such as marble works, painting and windows cladding

with Siemens steam turbines and generators. HRSGs are provided by Samsung and the MSF distiller units by Doosan

Design:
* Participate in the validation of the Design basis, area utilization, selection of essential standards, scheme layout for
zoning of buildings and infrastructure, building facilities, concepts, philosophies, outline schedules, logistic,
sequencing of activities, techno-economic studies, ease of maintenance, HSE plan/acceptability and construction
completion/procurement strategies,
* Coordinate with all teams and contractors to ensure that the design submission complies with QCD guidelines,
client requirements and Qatar Construction Standard.
* Setup End-User meetings to ensure their expectations & ideas are meet and exceeded.
* Delegate to Lead in design stage with design team the design tender document (drawings, contract, technical
documentations), clarification & circular.
* Coordinate with the Design consultant to ensure any changes/comments been addressed properly.
* Ensure that the design review staff is aware of the implementation of Change Control Process/Memos developed
by management team and understand their respective roles.
Technical & Supervision:
* Develop and maintain constructive, co-operative working quality relationships with the client and other parties to
ensure the success of the project.
* Supervise & manage the performance of the Contractors including direction and coordination for:
- Shop drawing review (piping, excavation, dewatering, concrete, steel….etc.),
- Technical support, method statements, material submittals, inspections and commissioning/handover in
accordance with design standards (international & local) during the production of sub/ super structure stages.
* Monitor the building installation according to the approved design prior to Civil Defense inspection.
* Issue formal responses for the correspondence and other commercial related letters.
* Identify, assess, respond and control for the Project Risk that could affect or are affecting project delivery quality
and facilitate their clearance.
* Modify the ASI, RFI, EI & Bulletin in the new IFC drawings for each phase.
* Direct responsibility for the independent verification & testing agencies to to ensure the quality completion as per
each end-user requirements.
* Lead a several dry run & inspection with Client, Consultants & Civil Contractor / Subcontractor to assess the
building readiness.
Management & Development:
* Interview and hire technical strengths staff of the main Contractor & sub-contractor.
* Prequalify / Award the Contractor (main/sub) / Supplier and responsible for overseeing their work performance.
* Proactively measure and maintain strict follow-up for mitigation plan of any delays / constraints for work front /
progress of the work.
* Recommend with project PM different improvements methods to control the implementation of instructions to avoid
delay and ensure it fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
* Evaluates potential of sites to determine the feasibility for using the site for affordable projects.
* Co-ordinate with negotiation team to draft usufruct right agreements with Gov. Authorities/ Stakeholders Client
such as (Ministry of Municipality & Urban Planning, Private Office, Sport Federations…etc.).
* Prepares for and makes Reports/Studies/Presentations related to the project:
(End User Requirements, Preliminary Study, Feasibility Study, Project Master Plan, Packaging strategy,
determination of project goals and site development)
