Working on the requirements for Federal Reserve Bank, Perkin Elmer, Gilead, Burns & McDonnel for different locations across the USA.
• Owned full-cycle recruiting: screening resumes, screened candidates through phone screening interviews, resumes submission to the Account Manager, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Provide full-life cycle recruiting to attract and hire mid and senior level professionals by leveraging best practices around process, systems, candidate development and research.
• Placed low and mid-level professionals for IT requirements like Java Developers (front, backend and full-stack), IT Business Analyst or Business System Analyst, IT Project and Program Managers.
• Placed low and mid-level professionals for Non IT requirements like Lab Technician, RN, Payroll manager, Audio-Visual Technician, Technical support or Customer service representative, Event Planner or Co-ordinator.
• Build pipeline for upcoming client job orders.
• Identifying and qualifying consulting candidates.
• Scheduling interviews for candidates and keeping the candidates posted about any updates from the client.
• Constant follow up with consultant pool and keeping them updated of ongoing and upcoming opportunities.
• Search for suitable consultants on Job portals and internet against the job requirements.
• Screen the candidates as per the skill sets required and negotiate the rates.
Notice : During these four months (May 2023 - August 2023), I was looking after my Mother as she'd suffered from a chronic disease and the doctor had advised for proper care & treatment and recommended for her operation during these months. As the only son, I was supposed to take her for the consultation on a regular basis.
