Scope of Responsibilities:
Execution of Ground Improvement works with Deep Vibro Compaction & Dynamic Compaction methods, pre geotechnical & post compaction testing, surface compaction and FDTs, execution of Zone Load Test etc. Reclamation fill monitoring, vibro coring, piston/grab sampling and marine borehole works.

Job Description:
•Overall planning and setup of all ground improvement and geotechnical works on multiple artificial islands. Supervision of all Ground Improvement works.
•Keep close coordination between Head office, workshop & site team for smooth running of operation
•Coordination of all activities with Ground Improvement sub-contractors, ITLs and suppliers.
•Taking all G-I work related approvals from Client with respect to approved MES, ITL and QCP.
•Make sure that the works have been carried out in compliance with the project specifications.
•All ground improvement testing (CPT, BHs and ZLT) operational planning, execution & verification.
•Liaise with all other departments like Reclamation for fill monitoring, Quay wall for Pre Loading, ECW for area handover & Survey for installation of deep datum and settlement plate monitoring.
•Checking all raw data coming from site and make sure that field testing and sampling is carried out as per specification. Tracking of sample transportation from site to Labs.
•Opening inspection test request as per ITP QCP for all Ground improvement and geotechnical activities
•Pre-CPTu and Post-CPTu evaluation and submission to Client’s geotechnical team for approval
•Tracking laboratory test progress, ensure that lab has carried out the testing in accordance with project specification.
•Liaise with Client for all technical correspondence pertaining to Ground Improvement works.
