KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
• Responsible for the delivery of assigned projects (On time in Full)
• Assess packaging to ensure it is fit for purpose (by completing testing and trials)
• Explore opportunities for open innovation to deliver project objectives

• Flexible technology platform lead for South Asia and South Africa.
• Technical Project Lead of Cost Saving Project for SA, SEA and NA
• Supporting Ice Cream Stick multipack Launch in South Africa from all aspects of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.
• Suggesting/Preparing Packaging Road Map for Beverages and Ice Cream for SA region
• Risk identification and Mitigation plans in Innovations and Cost Saving projects.
• Liaison with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Supply management and Finance team for smooth flow of Packaging activities.
• Supplier Capability Development through new innovative technologies and performance improvement through gap analysis.
• Market Visits to ensure packaging fit for purpose on shelf/cabinet
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Quality Standards
• Responsible for all aspects of Refreshment Packaging performance measured through KPIs

• Responsible for designing primary, secondary and tertiary packaging
• Responsible for doing consumer connects and market visits to ensure delivered quality of packaging.

• Polyolefin \[PP, PS, LDPE, HDPE\]
• Paper \[one side poly, double side poly\], Card Board and Corrugated
• Processes \[injection Molding, thermoforming, IBM, EBM\] and Rigid packaging
• Pre-requisites of Primary, Secondary and tertiary \[transport\] Packaging
• Flexible Packaging (Mono Layer and Laminates)
• Interspec Specification Management : For defining packaging specs and BOMs
• CAPE Software for Palletization Management.

PROJECT ENGINEER - OHSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
• Conducted Integrated Management System & OHSMS Audits for Operations facilities, Retail Outlets, Aviation Stations, LPG plants, Lubricants Terminals & Barges.
• Served as HSE Coordinator for LMT rehabilitation project and achieved target of Zero LWD.
• Re-designed Operation facilities against NFPA Standards (NFPA 10, 11, 13, 14, 20 and 22)
• Imparted training sessions/lectures on topics, MSDS, Incident/Accident Investigation, JHA, Fire Extinguisher, Safe Driving, Risk Assessment etc
• Being Project Engineer, identified projects & planned HSE CAPEX
• Formulated Building evacuation Plan and organize evacuation drills at facilities and at Head Offices as per OHSAS guidelines and achieved record evacuation time of 04 minutes for 9 story building having 1000 odd employees.
