• Develops implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies. Develops accounting policies to comply with generally accepted accounting principles, tax requirements, and management reporting requirements.
• Acts as a liaison between the company, government and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information maintenance for historical purposes.
