• Welcome customers into our showroom, identify our brands and explain our products. Listen and understand customer’s expectation, establish their needs and wants, style and choices, identify their budget and give them a guide price of their dream kitchen.
• Book appointments for home measurements and discussing design options.
• Generate inspirational designs from customer requirements using our Arch Kitchen / Carat 3D CAD software.
• Confirm all details with customers prior to sending the kitchen to manufacture and gain their sign off the contracts and order details using our business management software (SAP Business One) to ensure errors are minimized.
• Explain key documents to customers so they are clear on what they are receiving as part of their purchase.
• Present multiple approved finance and payment methods.
• Follow-up with Warehouse department, Fitters, Installation Manager, and customers to ensure the smooth running of the installation process including 2nd stage payments and keeping them up to date.
• Achieve sales and service targets at all times.
• Apply and comply with the company’s processes and values as directed by the line manager.
• Inspect the store shelf inventory and arrangement to ensure there is sufficient
merchandise displayed in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Help customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions
and opinions.
• Advising and anticipating customer needs by providing information on products.
• Achieving sales target.
• Determine what type of personal protective equipment (PPE) is needed and make sure
that workers know how to operate and use tools and equipment.
• Inspect the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
• Verify that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
• Document and report to Safety Supervisor as requested.
