Position Summary:
- In charge of HR and Administration functions Personnel, Payroll, OD, Recruitment, Talent Development.
- Responsible of 7 HR professionals through providing guidance and ensuring driving the team toward achieving department KPIs.
Responsibilities:

Positions summary:
The role of HR BP partner aims to provide HR solutions to senior managers in terms of strategic HR entities “ Recruitment, Training Organization & Development”.

Role Tasks:
- Covering HR strategic entities “ Recruitment, Training and OD” to provide the right solution for business departments.
- Working closely with Business entities, which will provide the perfect understanding of business nature, business cycle and business language to reflect it to HR department.
- Partnering with key executives by involving them actively in generating ideas & supporting implementation.
-Engaging with the business by understanding their needs and attending meetings to spot & solve HR matters that may delay work pace.
- Building formal & informal relationships with senior managers.
- Generate chats with business managers that aim to highlight potentials employees within department and way of improving employees.
- Conducting Monthly meeting with head of divisions and provide them with HR updates.
- Insuring that business departments are supplied with the required HR services.

Recruitment:
- Allocation of manpower through addressing key heads of divisions with their budget for the year.
- Forecasting supplying the required vacant position through the year in coordination with recruitment department and business department.
- Conducting pre-business Interviews to shortlist the best candidates for the position.
- Provide monthly recruitments updates to head of divisions.

Training:
- Initiate business discussions with head of departments to determine their yearly training needs.
- Reflect department training needs to Talent department and insuring time, length and content suitability.
- Follow up with talent department and get their feedback about selected training.
- Provide monthly update to head of divisions.
Organization & Development:
- Insuring that performance management is in place through conducting presentations and raising manager’s awareness.
- Writing Job description.
- Participating in restructuring and writing memo that reflect business requirement. Which includes creating & changing job titles, Job evaluations, writing JDs mentioning financial impact “cost or income”.
- Job evaluation using Hay group tools.


Accomplishments:
- Conducting Workshop awareness that cover the following subjects “Labor law, HR regulations, code of conduct and executive regulation”
- Implementation of Induction program that includes
* Employee manual
* Presentation
* Welcome kit
- A key player in Succession planning.

Role Tasks:
- Specification Meeting. Conducting specification meeting with stakeholders.

- Security checks. Sending required data about employees to MOI to run a security checks.

- Filling checklist (ID, Picture, CV, IBAN, Medical checkup, Assessment form, verification of certificates, Approval form and Job offer).
- Contract preparation.
- Contract signing.
- Coordinating for effective date.
