Currently my role is supporting the human resources Director by focusing on the recruitment sections both Operational & Process KPIs and main projects, follow up on audit reports, delegating most ADHOC to the team and giving continues support, working on correction plans to boost Emiratization%, manpower planning and budgeting according to the new 5% annual reduction constraint, work in parallel with the training team to execute succession planning, ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented accordingly with the new HR rules and regulations and give weekly reports to the human resources Director

• Member Of ADQCC Restructuring Project Committee, acted as a vocal point Between ADQCC and the HRA, Worked on preparing Structure requirements with Sectors Representatives (JDs, Sectors Proposals, Sectors/Departments Main Tasks) and worked on the Job Evaluations, FTEs, Structural Drawing and fulfilling all requirements to get all approvals needed .

• Member Of ADQCC Placement Committee, In charge of guiding QCC sectors with proposals and preparing all drafts to show the comparison between current and proposed statues of employees and acted as a vocal point between the committee and other sections to cascade any request or tool needed by the committee in order to ensure the best proposals

My main role in this post was maintaining and updating the entity’s Structure, Pay Scale, JDs, …ETC, and searching high quality candidates through various channels, screening and conducting interviews as per the recruitment plan and allocated budgets approved, Update HRA website quarterly with the Emiratization % audited each selected candidate file to ensure completeness,

• Been part of the E-interview project
• Was in charge of the I-recruitment project execution by (DOF)

My main role in this post was representing the ER function for all employees starting from their engagement day by entering their files and related info in all the systems (Oracle, T&A, Pension, Archive…etc.) and conducting on boarding orientations, and supporting through their careers with the entity by processing payrolls(comp&ben) and ADHOC requests (employment letters, salary certificates, …ETC)

• Been part of the Oracle requests Automation project team by (DOF)
• was part of the merging of ADM, ADDC, AADC, TRANSCO And ADFCA Labs with QCC
• Member of the HR Committee as ER representative
• Been part of the HR policy and procedure manual project
