Risk Management
Role Purpose:
To implement and report on security industrial (Physical & Personnel) compliance activities in order to ensure security and proper protection measures are implemented and sustained within ISE’s policies, procedures, existing infrastructure, capabilities and contractual agreements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure Physical and Personnel security compliance and accreditation against best practise, local laws & regulations and clients requirements .
- To conduct risk assessment and vulnerability analysis in the industry, physical and personal fields.
- To advise and provide guidelines for the industry, physical and personal security solutions.
- To define and develop polices, processes and procedures related to the industry, physical and personal security.
- Manage and assure the ISE personnel are vetted to a proper security clearance when conducting projects related to clients.
- Ensure ISE head quarter and all external projects are physically secured.
- Ensure the physical security is compiled to the regulations of Ministry of defence.
- Performance evaluation to the security management by international KPI’s.
- Monitoring personal security clearance by conducting day-to-day check-up.
- Holding pre-planned audit sessions.
- Coordinating with British aerospace for regulations compliance.
- Monitoring highly standard of assets protection strategies.
- Hold awareness trainings to all department concerns.
- Build up a secure culture.
- Coordinates with all department heads for compliance assurance.
- Updating personal security database.
- Implement and present compliance and risk analysis, recommendations, and escalation points to the Information Security Manager and Head of Information Security and Assurance as appropriate
- Implement the policies and processes for the Information Security to maintain efficient operational excellence across ISE
- Implement Information Security processes in line with the business requirements for each Security Management process
- Monitor and ensure adherence to ISE’s information security framework and prepare compliance reports as necessary
- Implement activities to mitigate risks through testing, monitoring and evaluating Physical and Personnel security solutions’ compliance to policies and procedures, assess their vulnerability, issue recommendations and identify escalation points as required
- Ensure compliance to clients’ requirements and Saudi Industrial Security regulations, and in line with client contractual agreements
- Audit, report and ensure proper or corrective measures are applied throughout ISE’s physical and administrative perspectives
- Ensure business adherence to the information security framework, ISE’s policies and procedures, and adopted international standards
Health & Safety :
- Improve property risk management by means of hazard analysis and education.
- Undertake training and other development initiatives to reduce the number of accidents.
- Ensure that Fire Inspectors and Auxiliary Fire Crew members are ready to deal with any incident by implementing regular training and exercises.
- Provide advice on safety and fire protection for new projects by use of international codes and standards.
- To actively peruse construction safety best practice.
- Attend Health, Safety & Security management meetings with company sub-contractors.
- Arrange and discuss breaches in HSS policy with sub-contractors and company managers.
- Managing the daily activities and training needs of the Divisional Safety Coordinator and Fire Inspectors.
- Conducting periodic (six monthly) risk and safety audits of the site to ensure to ensure the highest standards are being maintained.
- Managing and monitor fire inspection patrols and the content and use of fire inspection checklists.
- Advising line management regarding legal or company standards affecting risk or health and safety.
- Promoting and where appropriate, participate in risk and safety education programs to raise awareness levels.
- Recording and monitoring accident records to identify trends and provide reports to relevant managers to prevent a reoccurrence.
- Monitoring the quality and effectiveness of work permits with particular emphasis on hot work permits.
- Maintaining personal competency by keeping up to date with international standards and legislation.
- Taking part of the commissioning stage for all safety aspects in Bakery and IPNC divisions.
- Working as safety & risk manager in the bakery during the shifts and annual leave recovery.
-Conducting risk assessments, confined space assessment, breathing apparatus, fire risk assessment, fire warden, machinery safety assessment, Etc…)
Provide safety training courses to all the employees.
