- As the Production Manager for (Beauty & beyond International Co.) my main task is to keep my production plan aligned with the strategic goals of the firm by Following-up on the production plan and ensure implementation, Following-up on the store's inventory levels and monitor all raw and packing materials, Maintaining inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands, Working closely with suppliers ( i.e.: the factories that we produce through them - due to toll manufacturing - From one side and the row materials suppliers from the other side) to ensure having the finished products on time with required quality, and recruiting quality staff and training them to reach the standards we demand.
Added to this : motivating and monitoring of team performance including setting budgets/targets.
- Management responsibility for all types of hospitals allover Egypt through directing Company team efforts and leading them to achieve company goals with sales oriented strategy.
- Responsible for the management of the hospital tenders budget.
- Establish target break down figures for Area and monitor it ( according to the opportunities related to tenders)
- Provide an annual report on the monitoring and review of company Functions ( production, marketing and sales)
- Maintain regular liaison meetings with the relevant representatives discuss and progress the work
- Development of Codes of Practice
- Organize and coordinate between different department and promotion department
- Organize and coordinate the purchasing orders of distrebution channels with production and marketing departments of the Co.
- Coaching and mentoring team with responsibility for achieving company goals
