• Prepare master project schedule and plans during design, tender, and execution stage
• Prepare robust fully logic linked design, procurement, construction, and commission tender programs compliant with a tender sum, design, and methodology
• Familiar with using primavera p3, p6, and MS projects for detailed construction scheduling using resources manpower, and equipment
• Good experience in construction site activities (skeleton and finishing works)
• Good experience in roads, tunnels, and bridges construction activities
• Good experience in infrastructure activities
• Good experience in MEP activities
• Monitor the progress on site against the approved schedule
• Good attention to detail with the ability to work to challenging deadlines
• Numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and produce it in a clear and logical format
• Weekly and monthly progress reports and schedules update to project manager and client
• Monitor the procurement schedule and delivery process
• Project reporting on schedule milestones, budget, forecast, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare 2 weeks looks ahead schedule for the project manager, site engineers, and client
• Prepare revised and recovery schedules
• Review and maintain the schedule regularly and develop alternate scenarios
• Prepare impacted schedules
• Delay analysis using recognized methodologies
• Prepare tender plans
• Prepare claims according to FIDIC
