At present working on the Redsea Global project in the Umluj area. Construction Resort Hotel clusters with Main hub reception and hospitality, dining building including substation, MEP building with 64 Clusters.


EPC contract for MODA- support building project at Qassim. It is a township for their personnel. Value of the project 440 Million.

The project consists 16 soldiers building’s G+3 floors, 32 Duplex villas for officers, 5 villas for Assistant commanders, 1 Commander villa and Jumah masjid, along with 35 km internal roads, lighting, landscaping with STP and water filtration system for the entire compound. Also build a big warehouse and permanent mobilization buildings for maintenance office, accommodation for staff with kitchens, masjid sports complex, etc. with all facilities

1 February 2016- 3oth june, 2017: Working as Project Manager, Al-YAMAMA Co.
Client: Saudi Aramco project at Fadhili Gas programme. SR.600 Million.

The Scope of work provides the work activities associated with the Site Accessibility, Site Preparation and Temporary Utilities for the FADHILI Gas Plant. Early earth works with infrastructural works are being executed. The Main Project Construction work includes, power transmission and substation buildings, asphalt roads, cutting and filling, compacting and rough grading of the site. The volume of sand cutting and filling is around 32 million cum. A Marl Cap layer of 150 mm is to be provided at the top of the rough grading.

The Project will provide and install the required temporary power supply for SAUDI ARAMCO Temporary Construction Camp and Offices by constructing 2 independent 34.5 kV overhead single circuit distribution lines between existing Fadhili substation and new Construction Facilities area by using monopoles between 22 km distance including substation building with switch gear and transformer yard.

Client: SBG & Saudi Arabian National Guard - Housing and Infra Project at Dammam. Consultant: DAR
Project Value: 460 Million

Maytas infra constructing 350 independent villas including all infra structural works for Total Township of 800 independent villas, contract value of the project is SAR.450 Millions+ 10 Million change orders. 95 % of the project scope of work has been completed.
Including all asphalt roads with traffic signals, Ground water supply reservoirs, pump stations, elevated water tank, underground utilities: sewer lines, storm water lines, ponds. Irrigation supply, potable water lines, MV cables, LV cables, 40 transformers, low current cables for Telecommunications, sewage treatment plant for 3000CUM per day, walk ways and landscaping, project boundary wall with four entrance/exit security gates. Managing total work force 1200 including sub-contractor’s manpower.

Responsibilities:
•Planning, executing and finalization of all scope elements of the project.

Compound Manager at Sharbatly Village

A very large western style expatriate housing compound. It has 950 villas and public buildings like super market, clinic, Petrol station, Fire station, Internet club, Video club, indoor & outdoor stadium, horse ride stable and four large recreational buildings.
I was responsible for the complete Compound administration, sports, and leisure management teams.
Being a compound manager, I looked after all the requirements of the residents and was successfully providing a comfortable life to them, in creating an atmosphere that suits them and making a home away from home. To achieve this I had to coordinate with various staff to see maintenance cost reasonable, meeting all satisfactory of facilities and maintain all buildings and Infra structures.

Redesigning of Sharbatly Village: Establishing Engineering and construction Deportment.

Compound was reviewed by expert architects, re-designed, made a complete modification of villas to meet the modern environment of constantly changing priorities.Presently one of the pretigious compound in Saudi Arabia.

Establishing of inter-disciplinary divisions:Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical engineering and Air conditiong .
Mobilization of resources such as 500 direct staff, 50 indirect staff, contractors, 70 different type of PMV, built a very big storage facility, and workshops: such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting and electrical.

During my presence 550 villas were re-constructed, not only these villas, many other aminities also built including Directors Villas, play group school and following buildings:

Main security Building was constructed with surrounding area beautification.
A very elegant Panache a luxurious restaurant with kitchen was constructed beside a swimming pool for the business executives to conduct luncheon meeting & parties, with all facilities to a 5-star hotel standard with outside BBQ buffet area.

Two swimming pools, one multi-level lagoon are constructed as per the architectural design.

Six tennis courts were constructed,

One squash court and a very big games room were constructed for kids.

A new gymnasium center was built with: all modern gym equipment installed, sponge pool, sowna,
Jacuzzi, steam bath, massages room, a dance hall with Parke floor and kitchenette with snack bar with reading room and presentation rooms.

Snooker games hall and reception hall were constructed at east recreational center.

Video center and Telephone exchange buildings were constructed.

Mini golf & Nikko track area developed. 3500 LM fence wall built around the village to the height 3.5 M and erected 900LM louvers to the height 5.5 M for protection.

Multi storeys buildings were constructed for 250 staff workers: bachelors & families.
Two storeys warehouse was constructed: area of 2500 SQ.M. and 900Sq.M

Super market building was constructed with cold storage etc.
Petrol Station with Autol workshops were constructed: for vehicles maintenance and Car washing station with cleaning equipment.

Show villas for lease were built to show it to the new clients with furniture and complete home pack items etc..
-Two private villas were constructed for directors, with all necessary items.

Infra works: Removed the old roads and re-built the internal roads with RCC impervious bed layer, around 80, 000 SQ.M and wearing coat for the remaining roads. Walk ways, all around the village landscaping was done: flower beds, fountains, slopes etc..
All underground main service pipe lines replaced by PVC with mechanical valves, main electrical cables laid, Distribution boards / bus bars designed and erected for 25 Blocks,

600pair telephone cable laid and distribution panels installed around the village to meet the internet facility door to door.
500 CUM underground water tank constructed .

Responsible for providing broad guidance and direction in the development of construction and maintenance management system to the Managing Director.

Responsible to obtain an acceptance of approval from Managing Director regarding plan of work, scheduling, utilization of materials and its costs, before implementing independently.

Execution: Managing and executing the project as per drawings.
Ensure proper material planning and procurement.

Dedicated team worker to build rapport with staff: supervisors, construction engineers, coordinators of all disciplines, improve morale and motivate them.

4 Years) Al-Mufti Contracting Co, Jeddah as Assistant Project Manager.

Worked at King Abdul Aziz University: Establishing a maintenance department to maintain all college buildings, hostel buildings: girls and boys and staff quarters, Marine Engineering department at Red sea side, as a contractors representative: provided 300 personnel male/female staff to KAAU.

All the job orders were received from university authorities are executing, responsibilities includeing meeting with KAAU authorities for proper liaison to ensure effective co-ordination with the KAAU., submit a proposal after discussian, implementation of day to day requirements, site surveys, job evaluation and procurement of materials.
From the scratch, I established a maintenance office in the university for the first time for them including for women university college buildings too managed with female technicians from Philippine and other countries.

During 1986-87:
As a project engineer worked for construction of six lanes red asphalt road at, Air Defense Institute Jeddah, Here I submitted a technical report to Defense authorities that Ruby red asphalt will not bear the stability for heavy defense vehicles, after thorough studies at GAC Site (Red asphalt strip). They accepted my proposal to cancel, finally made with normal black asphalt road with seal coat.
