• Training engineers and technicians on organized related topics about vehicles according to the HYUNDAI - Step training system - Korea
• Training service advisors on customers’ satisfaction topics according to HYUNDAI-SAP system -
Korea.
• Conducting training courses regarding to the quality management, directed to the quality department.
• Putting Plan and schedule an annual technical training plan comprising of various skills and skill levels.
• Observe actual performance of trainees on the shop floor and plan corrective / refresher training based on practical evaluation.
1) Applying HYUNDAI Quality System, according to the quality information reports (QIR-QIRF System).
2) Applying Hotline Reporting on the HYUNDAI Service Center.
3) Following technical service bulletins and applying all modifications besides supervising.
4) Monitoring quality issues besides follow-up process.
