Responsibilities:
 Execute strategies developed by the top management team.
 Complement a CEO’s experience or management style.
 Building, maintaining, developing, and strengthening an excellent relationship with the company’s clients, partners, and suppliers and promoting the trust with the company’s clients.
 Directing, managing, and leading all operations, supporting departments, and projects to achieve the company’s galls, implement the company’s vision, and promote company’s growth and development.
 Coordinating with the company’s financial consultant to get the projects monthly look-ahead turnover plan and providing monthly updates of to the plan.
 Ensuring the achievement of planned monthly financial targets (revenue vs expenditure).
 Directing and managing operations risks and planned contingencies immediately as soon as they emerge by coordinating with the risk management department.
 Monthly reviewing projects cost reports, progress reports, and invoices to ensure all operations are running within the determined budget.
 Conducting weekly meetings with each department separately to follow up the projects needs and requirements, ensure company’s policies and procedures are followed, discuss and solve any problems and difficulties.
 Conducting bi-weekly general meeting to coordinate all departments efforts and solve any conflictions.
 Conducting a monthly progress meeting with the top management to present and discuss the progress of the company’s operations.
 Coordinating with other key departments of company (Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and IT) to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and that they achieve the company's established goals.
 Coordinating with the internal Audit Department to ensure all operations are running according to the company’s policies and procedures.
 directing, managing, mentoring, and developing the operation team and providing the required training and support to keep the operation team updated to achieve high quality standards according to company's policies.

Responsibilities:
 Providing overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to the project.
 Creating the master project schedule with info from the superintendent and subcontractors.
 Conducting internal construction project start-up meetings to ensure contracts and scope are aligned with project goals and head contract requirements.
 Managing project performance and providing performance status reports for cost forecast and schedule to ensure the project net target margin is achieved.
 Regularly updating the master schedule according to the project progress and ensuring Superintendent look-aheads are aligned.
 Holding start-up meetings with each subcontractor to set up the work rules and site requirements.
 Ensuring the project is constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
 Coordinating work in collaboration with the superintendent for schedule, manpower, and project requirements and providing support the Superintendent to drive productivity on the site.

 Performing administrative follow-up for costs, contingencies, boards, claims, etc.
 Performing technical review and follow-up for technical data sheets, inspections, test reports, etc.
 Managing financial requirements for the lifecycle of the project including revenue forecasting, billing, invoicing and approval of payments.
 Managing payments, immediately settling any disputes, and perform periodic evaluation of subcontractors’ performance to avoid any potential delays or problems
 Preparing periodic external and internal reports as per project procedures and contract requirements.

 Ensuring all insurances, permits, bonds, LOC, and certificates are valid and renewed when required.
