Position: Payroll Supervisor
Reporting to: CFO

Main Activities: Payroll Task: • Provides leadership and directs the efforts of payroll staff.
• Accurately completes hourly and salaried payrolls to include all Group subsidiaries.
• Maintains liaison with counterparts at other Group locations as they relate to Payroll information and processing.
• Confers with IT programmers to recommend changes or new procedures and practices for increased efficiency of payroll.
• Oversees generation of manual checks and check registers as required.
• Contacts bank personnel for all bank related matters, i.e., direct deposit, etc.
• Balances year-end payrolls and ensures that Wage Statements (W-2) are balanced and that all supporting documentation is supplied to the auditor's.
• Reconciles all payroll related general ledger accounts.
• Reviews and audits all payroll and related reports and records.
• Prepares and enters monthly journal entries.
• Responsible for providing acquisition support regarding set up of new payroll companies.
• Responsible for all payroll audits both internal and external audit.
• Manages & control the employee's attendance.
• Supervise the sub ordinate for the following Work: - Preparing the payroll list / Annual Increase.
- Preparing the Casuals Salaries / Social & Sports Activities
- Calculate bonus & Gratuity.
- Calculating dues for Casual staff & trainees.
- Employees hiring & End of service procedures.
- Creating a Professional Reports.
- Employee Hiring & End of Service Procedure.
- Recording all of Employees Transaction (Holidays, Vacation etc.)
• Preparing a monthly analysis for headcount, turnover.
