• Identify and address problem areas immediately with each technical Section team to avoid minor issues from transforming in to big problems. Oversee elements of the design and construction processes.
• Responsible for review shop drawing and coordination drawing for comments and send RFI for consultant.
• Coordinate and Management with Design Office and Site to ensure that Look ahead Schedule helps in applying BIM plan to be implemented 3D parametric drawing in each technical trade and support 3D Scanning for each trade and keep site team up to date on BIM procedure using one or more BIM applications and Molding the as built Model as the site (part of closing Document).
• Responsible for 3D & 4D studies during construction, BIM Coordination & modeling for As-built Modeling.
• Responsible to BIM & 3D laser scan, Ensure BIM plan to be implemented 3D parametric and 4D simulations to coordinate site status with shop drawing in each technical trade in site. Support Quantities to generate coordinated BOQ form SCI coded model and support the site team up to date in project level or offshore offices level
• Develop and Manage BIM Pre-FAB plan to be implemented 3D parametric and Capture Reality (3D LASER SCAN) to generate Record Model in each technical trade and Fabricator to support Project departments up to date on BIM procedure using one or more BIM applications.
• Lead technical team for BIM documentation and analysis efforts.
• Coordinate clash detection and resolution activities policies with Technical team.
• Coordinate internal / external 4D simulation policies
• Coordinate Rapture reality and resolution activities policies of handover with Technical team.
• Coordinate with latest such 3D Scan and RFID logistics
• Plan and propose, implementation strategies that are to be adopted by CAD-BIM Manager while implementing 3D parametric drawing in the CAD department.
• Bring the department up to date on BIM procedure.
• Prioritize and assign the design/drafting BIM workflow.
• Identify and address problem areas immediately with employees so that minor issues do not transform into big problems
• Must ensure that construction schedule met by modeling development process.
• Determine and schedule different stages of the building modeling process according to construction schedule.
• Communicate directly with managers, production staff, and clients to discuss and organize projects from original conceptual design through construction.
• Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology meets market demand.
• Remain up-to-date with current technology by reading industry publications, manuals, and textbooks and attending professional development courses and events as time permits.
• Manage project teams on BIM software and Coordination Process between various functions.
Provide awareness among the technical teams on various BIM software and processes.
