- Collaborate with business owners to gather business requirements and draft scope of work.
- Collaborate with service providers to provide solution demo to stakeholders.
- Propose IT solutions for business digital transformation, present a comparison result between service providers, prepare vendor evaluation report and obtain stakeholder's approval.
- Prepare system design process flow.
- Coordinate and manage project team members from different IT sections and business
departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project status report for project team members, steering
committee and project sponsors.

configuration items and maintain technical documentation control.
- Change Requests: Ensuring that change requests are correctly administered, documented,
maintained, and coordinated in a timely fashion.
- Participated in preparation of the IT training programs, building training materials, launching the
courses to end users, and track completion progress.

Able to configure workflows, rules, portlets, MDF objects, PMGM templates, compensation
templates, Learning Items, build table report, canvas reports, dashboards, custom tiles,
configure custom UI, integration center, custom email. notifications
Provide documentation of AS‐IS HR Process Workflows and procedures.
Coordinate with SAP consultants to setup up purchased HCM SuccessFactors Modules.
Participate in user acceptance testing.
Create training materials for super and end users.
Master data extraction, cleansing and transformation into SAP templates.
Ensure that the envisaged solution is properly documented in the solution design document.
Review project development catalog and suggest work‐around solutions to avoid/minimize
change requests.
Conduct scope of work validation against Business Process Master List and Solution Design

Provide support to SAP SuccessFactors and HCM 6.0 end users.
