Co-Established a network operation center (NOC) to monitor a network with - 250 nodes from ground up.

Monitoring all LAN/ WAN network which contains two autonomous systems, 48 PEs and more than 3000
CEs along with switches.
* Configure and maintain juniper routers J2350, SRX, MX320, M120i, M10 series, and Juniper Switches
EX3200, EX4300, EX4200.
* Configure and troubleshoot network protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, SNMP, NTP, STP, MSTP and
VRRP.
* Troubleshoot and configure security techniques in SEC networks like, radius, syslog, systems user’s ports,
SSH.
* Coordinate with SDH/NMS team to troubleshooting LAN/WAN sites that are connected through FOX,
ALU, SEIMENS, ALCATEL and NEC.
* Activate SEC services with allocated contractor for systems like, RFTU/RFTS, PBX, SCADA, DFR, AMR etc.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and
security configurations.
* Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
* Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
* Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
* Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security
policies.
