Coordination of all the production activities like production planning, Manpower planning, raw material planning and preparation of daily production reports, etc. Performs analysis of sales head demand, sales forecast, and historical material usage to develop and execute production plan. Maintaining sufficient stock of raw materials at every point time with proper communication between the purchasing department. In charge of Steel and Stainless-Steel Area. Also training the new technicians.
I complete my online training in Smart Method in 8 weeks. In this program you will learn in, Mechanical Design, Artificial intelligence, Internet of Things - IoT, and robotics. Actually the trainee can learning with all path and choose path to work with it. I worked with Mechanical Design. In this path the trainee should be to design and drawing the parts of robotics such as Arms, Shoulder, Legs, and head. Also design the production line. I get a new experience and a lot of information in this field.
I have completed two months of training on this internship. I worked at Taibah Airport Operations Company in Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport. This training gave me the chance to take the knowledge theoretical and experimental to operate and manufacture product related to my degree. Also, I worked in many areas like Chillers, Cooling Towers, Water Treatment Plant, Solar Panel System and Air Handling Units (AHU).
I complete my summer training for two months in Yanbu City at High Institute for Elastomer Industries. the summer training program was about elastomer industries and how to work in elastomer field. during the program we did all the tests on the rubber to make sure the rubber is ready to be used in its application. one of the most important applications in rubber is car tires, and we build a car tire step by step to the final product.
I trained in Poland “Krakow, at AGH university Science and Technology with Prof. Andrzej Klepka for one month. I worked on a research related to structural dynamics and experimental work with various methods of digital signal processing. especially in local defect resonance with Study different type of local resonance. In addition, I worked in designing some bases of robotic and preparing code in MATLAB.
I finished my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering department at Taibah University. I completed my internships in four different areas. First, at AGH University in Poland, where I worked on a research related to structural dynamic especially in local defect resonance. Second, High Institute for Elastomer Industries (HIEI), where I gained the knowledge theoretically and experimentally for operation and manufacturing. Taibah Airport Operations Company in Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport, where I worked in many areas related to the mechanical engineering. Finally I complete 340 h as training in Smart Methods Company. I worked on many things like design and drawing the parts of robotics such as Arms , Shoulder , Legs, and head. Also design the production line. In addition, I volunteered at Sufara Alwastia event in Taibah University, in which I dedicates myself to organize the event.
