My job duties include the following:
• Responsible for development of training coursework and materials.
• Work with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets standards and is appropriate for its intended target.
• Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment.
• Perform routine server monitoring and performance and maintain daily backup.
• Update network applications as required, and conduct technology training for new users.
