• Develop, integrate, and manage comprehensive, resource-loaded master schedules
(Levels 1 to 4) aligned with the work breakdown structure.

management on schedule variances to monitor project progress effectively.
• Submit periodic progress reports to management, encompassing overall
accumulated progress, earned values, and look-ahead schedules in Primavera P6,
presented in a simplified format.
• Determine cost weightings to accurately reflect their impacts on weighted progress
reports.
• Implement modifications to provide cost-effective planning services within assigned
budget constraints.
• Develop project control procedures and maintain progress measurement systems,
project baselines, coordination procedures, and overall cost reports.
• Review subcontractors planning package submissions and recommend
management approval for project baselines.
• Initiate and undertake actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities.

• Prepare and develop process plans and schedules, ensuring strict adherence to
industry standards, contract specifications, and established Process Management
principles.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the management team,
production team, engineering maintenance team, procurement estimators, and
warehouses, to gather precise data and specifications crucial for schedule
development.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of production targets, specifications, and
methodologies to formulate detailed activity networks, scheduling, and resource
planning strategies, optimizing production efficiency and resource allocation.
• Craft process schedules meticulously, considering key dates, milestone dates,
scope of work, resource loading, and contractual obligations, ensuring alignment
with organization objectives and customer expectations.
• Allocate appropriate durations, resources (Manpower, Materials, and Equipment),
and Budgeted Costs for each activity based on significance and quantity/volume of
work, identifying Long Lead items crucial for production success and timely delivery.
• Develop detailed work plans, critical activity paths, planned/progress S-Curves,
budget histograms/planned distribution tables, and resource Histograms/planned
distribution tables to ensure comprehensive process tracking and analysis, enabling
proactive management of risks and deviations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with multiple subcontractors and vendors, integrating their
input into the overall process master schedule, fostering collaboration, and
ensuring alignment with organization milestones and deliverables.
• Establish databases to monitor, analyze, and track progress across engineering
deliverables, procurement deliverables, and production activities, facilitating real
time decision-making and optimization of resource deployment.

• Develop planning packages per contract and client specifications.
• Ensuring project plans and schedules are baselined and regularly updated to allow
effective monitoring, forecasting, and control.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor schedules per contractual agreements,
ensuring adherence to established authorization procedures.
• Establish a robust Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) encompassing all scopes of

• Providing cost inputs for monthly invoice processing and budgeting, as well as
verifying subcontractor invoices.
• Take periodic walks around the project site to check actual work progress and take
progress photos for file and presentation to the management.

• Supported senior planners in developing project schedules, WBS structures, and
progress measurement systems using Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring
alignment with contractual milestones and project deliverables.
• Assisted in preparing baseline schedules, resource-loaded plans, and progress S
curves to track performance and productivity across engineering, procurement, and
construction (EPC) activities.
