Leading and supervising the HSE team across O&M activities.
•
Developing and implementing HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
•
Managing Permit to Work (PTW) systems for all site activities.
•
Conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring corrective actions.
•
Delivering Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety awareness programs.
•
Investigating incidents and near misses and preparing detailed reports.
•
Coordinating with consultants and clients to ensure full HSE compliance
