Managing & Implementation of ITIL Release management in NIC .
Activities:
- Reviewed and developed of change management process in NIC Implement Release management in Al-Rajhi bank
- Establish version control for new release in NIC
- Decrease number of incidents caused by new releases
- Increase number of releases implemented successfully
- Do not allow releases that were not authorized
- Insure that new releases finalized within the agreed schedule
- Stop unauthorized changes
o Change / Release Manager
Manage and control new changes coming from business in application, software’s and systems in AL-Rajhi bank production environment.
Control and mange Emergency changes in AL-Rajhi Bank production environment
Control and manage Major change with High business impact in Al-Rajhi Bank environment
Control and managing Major changes for expansion Kuwait and Jordan in our production environment in KSA
Organize and schedule for CAB (Change Authority Board ) meetings
Weekly, monthly and yearly reports about production environment
Also, i take care about :
o Problem Manager
Manage and control all problem on production environment and minimized resolution time and RCA(Root code analysis )time of the problem.
Ongoing tasking:
1. Start with known error database project to going live with this ITIL process in Al-Rajhi bank which benefits reduce incident times / share knowledge / no single points of failure in people.

3. Going live with new CMDB project in Al-Rajhi Bank
4. Improve ITIL change /release Management process in Al-Rajhi bank to meet Al-Rajhi expectation
5. Establish automated impact analysis on of changes thru CMDB
6. Establish version control for new release for all business applications in Al-Rajhi Bank
7. Decrease number of incidents caused by new releases
8. Increase number of releases implemented successfully

- Create, review and recommend ITIL processes
- In charge of Alinma bank Configuration Management as configuration manager
