Plan, control and monitor production according to sales orders. Conducting MPS and load vs capacity meetings to ensuring the efficiency use of resources from workforce activity to product delivery. Preparation of purchase requisitions and supervision of warehouse staff to control inventory cycle count. Supervision of production staff and production analysis reports. Report out the progression of projects to insure the alignment of delivery with projects team.
Performing all of Production Planning activists and already had impacted production & made a great progress in the plant. I am maintaining & achieving Business Expectations Quarterly as well-being measured on some KPI’s in a weekly Basis, ensuing the highest level of production with reduction on cost and WIP by 50%.
However, my role was expanded to additional challenges and responsibilities. Such as, an area leader for PI (Physical Inventory), maintaining Load vs. Capacity analysis, assisting master planner on the look-ahead schedule, engaging with finance to reduce cost. The responsibilities, challenges, and business expectations were achieved completely and even beyond.
Over 200 hours of applying problem identification methods to investigate and improve the efficiency of the clinicians’ performance. Also, analyze the system issues and making adjustment to the design process of the CIP’s system. Improving KPI reports and demonstrate how effectively the progression of their performance.
While doing continuous rotational roles with Safety, quality and planning departments. I was acting as liaison between SBG’s quality engineers and Dar Al-Handasah quality engineers to submit accomplished sites and reschedule the orders based on the circumstances of the products and sites
