- ISTQB Advanced Level, Test Analyst certified.
- Creating Quality Control deliverables, Test Plan, Test Cases, Fields Checklist, and Integration Checklist.
- Participating and responsible for the day-to-day QA activities, Estimating test efforts, Defect tracking and reporting.
- Review Business Requirement Documents in order to provide needed feedback related to requirements attributes like testable, understandable, ... etc.
- Communicate periodically the full status of deployed releases with highlighting vulnerabilities and areas to avoid in next releases.
- Achieving QA objectives by working solo and with other departmental staff.
- Excellent knowledge using HP Quality Center for defect management, and reporting deviations, Site and Project Admin.
- Worked as BA on Wareef’s HR system, analysing requirements and elicitation, BRD preparation.
- Excellent experience in Interacting properly with clients during the implementation phase in several projects. Manage multiple projects at a time.
Projects i have worked on:
- Hafiz project as UAT (Portal, Eligibility, Penalty, Payment, Collection and Referral).
- Qarar5 project (Portal, Eligibility and Payment) and achieving its goals.
- NLG project (National labor gateway) from reviewing the design documents, discuss my feedback with other business teams (BCG, PWC) to developing the required test cases then conducting the Pre and official UAT.
- Taqat online (Employment portal that assists in hiring Saudi citizens in the private sectors, where they can search, apply/receive job offers, interviews).
- Assessment for CoE and Trainee with Saudi Skills Standards and City & Guilds by reviewing business documents and report the discrepancies and suggestions, preparing test cases and test data then conduct the UAT successfully.
- Many other projects and clients such as NWC (National Water Company), GIB (Gulf International Bank), STC, Tamkeen & Takamol.
-Wareef HRMS: worked as Business Analyst, gathered requirements from BO (HR) and prepared multiple BRDs for different modules.
-Worked with ADVT : Acquirer Device Validation Toolkit (Developed by VISA)—a set of test cards and test cases to be used on terminals to ensure correct terminal configuration, to assist with integration testing and to ensure that Visa’s terminal requirements are being met.
-Managing a team of technical support engineers through performance coaching, career planning.
-Participate in quality calibration and validation sessions (EMV : Europay MasterCard and Visa), ADVT, CCRT (Chip Compliance Reporting Tool).
-Daily checking on the system performance and resolve customers issues when appearing.
-Built a technical support and help desk department, from interviewing and hiring to training and managing over 30 technical support engineers and help desk around the Kingdom.
-Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training, processes, reporting, and employee engagement.
