A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff. Also known as a Store Supervisor.
Working in the Hilti Center. My job was the responsibility for everything in the showroom.
1- Sales
2 - help TS's to make the deal with thier customers
3 - receive the repair tools and send them to repair center
4 - request the missing items
5 - count the money at the end of the day
6 - handle the petty cash
7 - help customer service to sale items
8 - help customer to find out their needs
9- work on SAP system and CRM 7 system
10- call customer to bring them to the showroom
11- Make new customer
1- Make the target.
2- Time sheet for three employees.
3- Receive stock through SAP system and physically.
4- Distribution of work on the staff.
5- ٍSolve all customer issues that salesman could not handle it.
6- Distribution the off day between the staff.
7- count the money from each one of the staff to send it next day to the Bank.
8- Make sure that we following Zain police and stander.
9- Train the new employee.
