I worked as a Supervisor with a team of 07 Staff Members for all the flights which we handle at Riyadh airport, as per Airlines requirements I used to brief staff before flight check in, in case of any special services to well reputed customers of European Carriers such as Air France, Lufthansa, British Airways, Etihad Air ways and all other airlines. I used to shuffle the staff on different counters for different airlines in case of any staff not available, my priority always to satisfy airlines customers, as well as Ground Handling Agent. I have very good knowledge of Computer such as Word and Excel, because of my well reputed performance, so many airlines recommended to my Boss to be dedicated to Air France, Gulf Air and Cathay Pacific, in this assignment I was wholly responsible for replying to Emails, preparing monthly statistics of Passenger figures cargo figures, in and out going Mail to be submitted to concern airlines to their respective head quarters, here also I learnt a lot of things Particularly in Air France where i used to be in charge of Supervising the cleaning of Air craft and adjusting the seat covers of the whole Aircraft. and in Gulf Air I was assigned to supervise the flight check in and flashing messages like PSM LDM MVT and so many other messages.
