Duties : holding the responsibilities of the zone which consists of 5 royal buildings including swimming pool, theatre, royal accommodation and Diwan . And supervision the quality control to the best satisfaction of the consultants.
This project is along the sea on the ground of 250.000 m2 containing gymnasium, cinema, main kitchen, sewage treatment plant (STP), PABX, R O Plant, and royal accommodation including main villa, and class (A)buildings .Using the latest technology of treatment system.

This project is a hotel near Harram /Makkah, consisting of 22 floors ( rooms, suites, apartments, and royal suites) using the best technology of electro-mechanical systems (fire fighting, fire alarm, fire rated steel ).

Duties : to execute the works on the time according to the schedule, supervise quality control and solve the problems if any.
This project is in the country side, contains a large stadium, gymnasium, theater, swimming pool in additional of 24 buildings (class A and B), using the best equipments for (STP), PABX, safety systems.

Central security Riyadh (Haer) Phase 1
Position : Construction manager
Duties: holding the responsibilities of the site project and to carry out the works.
This project is a complexes prison, 1200 prisoners capacity, composed of two areas; the first is an internal security area include a single/common prison section for men and women, investigation department, a section for receiving prisoners, hospital, visitor s section and central control section .The second is a external security area which is including an administration section, support facilities such as staff accommodation.
