Senior Manager for one of the value fashion retailers in the region with 191+ stores across the GCC. Handling HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle for 65+ stores for 950+ employees in Non KSA (UAE, KWT, BAH, OMN & QTR) countries.
• Led Manpower Planning, Budgeting, MIS & Analytics. Prepare, review or modify ERE budgets. Compared the past 2 years data with present Trading Area, Projected Sales, Proposed staff, Staff per Sq. M and Staff Productivity.
• Managing end to end Employee Life Cycle from recruitment, on-boarding, development, engagement, retention and separation.
• Talent Acquisition. Cost effective end-to-end recruitment. Vendor standardization in line with Group requirements. Implemented Talent Sharing for optimum manpower utilization.
• Manage the performance management process and handle Employees Performance Appraisal, Review, and Promotions for all the Non KSA Countries.
• Design and implement company policies. Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures. Conducted policy awareness sessions throughout all the senior leaders.
• Driving error free Payroll end-to-end process. Monitor internal HR systems and database Management, Analytics & Audit. Monitor key HR metrics. Analyze/evaluate monthly attrition report in order to improve and make recommendations for a better work environment.
• PR and Legal Compliance. Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations).
