Duties:
• Carrying out project designs and bills of quantities for tenders.
• Monitoring compliance of contractors and subcontractors implementing construction activities with applicable .
• Splitting up the working day between the office, on-site visits and attending meetings.
• Calculate the quantities of materials needed to implement t and ensure that they comply with the specifications .
• Searching for sources of natural materials samples to ensure compliance with the project specifications and supply to the site.
• Preparing executive plans to implement the works according to the time schedule prepared for the project
• Writing up letters and daily, weekly and monthly reports and other relevant documents.
• Advising the workers on the construction process and addressing their concerns.
• Determining reference points for the project and projecting the shop drawings cadastral by means of a program Civil 3D for each step of implementation, in coordination with the survey technician.
• Scheduling project material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
• Technical requirements, procedures and quality standards.
• Develop technical and internal memorandums related to designing, editing and approving the implementation of service delivery
• Preparing progress and technical reports.
• Conduct regular field visits to work sites to evaluate compliance with design, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that the project quote invoice is accurate, reasonable and within the market price range.
