• Directs, controls and manages business of Allianz branches and Worldwide Business ( pricing & Policy admin)
• Responsible for evaluating and pricing renewals
• Reviewing, assessing and approving cases within the Automatic Re-insurance treaty limit
• Negotiates, services and manages new and existing business.
• Building and maintaining relationships and networks with business partners and other sales channels including agencies, and brokers .
• Generating statistical reports & studies about insurance production including Persistency, Renewals and Collection information.
• Revising insurance products rates based on portfolio performance and market study.
• Managing the relationship with Medical TPAs making sure a high quality service is being
Provided to customers.
• Preparing guidelines and procedures for medical underwriting to ease the performance of junior underwriters.
In-charge person to monitor TPA Globe Med, follow up claims and Jumbo claims.
Preparing Loss Ratio report for Amana Portfolio.
Handling all correspondences and complaints for SAMA & CCHI.
Builds good relations with key costumer.
• In-Charge of briefing providers with the terms and conditions of the policies
• Good service relations and Medical providers relation.
• Keep open channel with medical providers to handle client’s complaints with business office center.
