I'm currently working as the Program Manager looking after the entire ERP program that's used within the Organization consists of more than 20, 000 employees with more than a billion dollar turnover. My team consists of around 130+ team members including 3 project managers.

We are utilizing Oracle eBussiness suite and Oracle Cloud HCM. Currently implementing Oracle Fusion ERP under my supervision.

I worked as a project manager in the Enterprise Application Group (Internal Applications). Some of the responsibilities of this position are project planning and execution which includes resource management, risk management, project tracking and stakeholder management. My team consists of application architect, middleware team, UI/UX engineer, functional consultants, senior developers and QA members.
I’m currently handling ERP transformation project where the company ERP is moved to Oracle Cloud; I have already completed the Compensation Module deployment and currently running the HCM part of Oracle Fusion. The project is implemented as a joint venture with Oracle consulting where I manage the deliverables from all parties.

I managed projects in different technologies varying from Microsoft BI, .NET applications, Mobile applications in all three major platforms and Open source technologies.
My responsibilities were to maintain a healthy relationship with clients and oversee all the projects that’s been carried out at the organization. I was personally responsible for cost and effort estimates which I include my technical leads from the respective technologies to calculate and control the work force with the project needs.

The project was to understand their existing system and observe the flows in the system then design a system that will overcome the inabilities of the current system as well as incorporate the new business needs.

• Created the AS-IS Model of the system and did complete GAP analysis to identify problems in the existing system.

This was a project to build an internal CRM and Finance Management tool which can also be accessed with proper security features outside of the office environment. The system requirements were very tricky as it was custom to the organization and it’s methodologies to maintain the relationship with their Clients.

Responsibilities:

• Used JAD session with the Businesses and the IT personals to understand the Business Requirements.
• Provided direction to project teams by understanding business processes, gathering requirements, identifying potential usability issues, managing scope, and ensuring that an appropriate level of application quality was maintained at all times.
• Grasping and molding into the business logic of finance applications.
• Conducted polls and questionnaires to highlight the disadvantages of already existing manual system of operation and thus, understanding the need for an On-line CRM system.
• Used Visio and Word to create and maintain the BRD and the FSD.
• Used Use case Diagrams, Activity diagrams and state diagrams to understand the process.
• Followed a structured approach to organize requirements into logical groupings of essential business processes, business rules, and information needs, and insures that critical requirements are not missed.
