In addition to the above, I am responsible for Registering New Vendor for Procurement and Sub-Contracting Services in the ERP System.

I am responsible for maintaining and updating the Telephone Directory for the Company.

I take iniatives for dealing with various Department to support for meeting various requirements such writing REPORTS, Schedules, Vacation Plans, Time Sheets etc.

Manager Company Housing Compound at Saudi Binladin Group (PCM - Petroleum, Chemicals and Mining Division)

During the year 2009, our Company has decided to Construct a New Camp for our Labor Force which were residing at various Camps.

My duties to arrange their Accommodation, Food, Laundary, and other Services such as Logistics and Health Care etc.

During my short stay I have been able to successfully furnished and shifted 500 our staff and provided them good Food and arranged all the faclities required in a Good Camp.

Also, I was coordinating with the Catering Service Provided for Healthy and Hygiene Food.

I developed Maintenance Crew for repair and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Faults.

I ensured that Drinking Water Quality is maintained according to the Standards.

I ensured that SAFETY Standards are properly adhered to.

I ensured that proper and timely Health Services are provided round the clock.

During the year 2008 I was called to Jubail Branch Office to take over the Position of ISO MR (Management Representative).

During this period I have been able to Complete Company Quality Manual (according to our Business Activities) and Quality Procedures for all the Departments were completed.

Additionally we have conducted many in-house ISO Internal Audits and I have been able to successfully pass External Audits without any NCR and successfully renewed our Licence with the TUV.

During my stay I successfuly achived in reducing 25% staff in ISO Department.

Special Assignment at Saudi Binladin Group (PCM - Petroleum, Chemicals and Mining Division)

During the year 2006 our Division SBG-PCM was awarded a project called YANSEB and RO II (Reverse Osmosis) at Yanbu.

I was sent on a special assignment to provide my services to the Senior Vice Presidents (Technical Affairs) at RO II Project and then moved to the our Office at LIP Yanbu to support our Operations Manager responsible various Operational and Logistice Services to the YANSAB Project .

During this tenure, I supported the Operations Managers Office and I wrote Safety Manual in English, Arabic and Urdu Languages and Various Health Bulletins in Multi Langues for our Workers and Staff.

Manager Trading (Assistant) for Refined Petroleum Products at Saudi Binladin Group (PCM - Petroleum, Chemicals and Mining Division)

In addition to my prime duties as Executive Secretary to the President and Managing Director for the Division, I was solely entrusted the Duties of Refined Petroleum Products Trading with Saudi Aramco and our various Offtakers at Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Lebanon etc.

My duties included to communicate with Saudi Aramco for our Quota for SPOT Cargoes and Yearly Cargoes and distribute the same to our various Offtakers. Planning/Scheduling the Lifting Schedule, Arranging Vessels (Ships), Inspection of the Ships and providing any necessary documents if required by the Saudi Aramco.

Coorrdinating with the Shipping Agents for Documentations, Lifting of theCargo and finally Invoicing. We dealt with Saudi Aramco for Fuel Oil, Diesel (Gas Oil), Jet Fuel and Sulfur from Yanbu, Ras Tanura and SASREF Jubail.
