Responsibilities:
Worked on ERP System in which I am performing these duties:
•Sales orders
•Delivery/Shipment
•After sales support
•Quotation preparation and processing
•Monitoring the sales transaction
•Checking for availability
•Scheduling the delivery
•Calculating pricing and taxes
•Checking credit limits
•Creating printed or electronically transmitted documents
Visit and Survey the sites to calculate the loads of the sites.
Calculating client quotations and Sale orders for delivery.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Work on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
Arranging and carrying out product training.
Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records.
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
Worked in control room of power House.
Responsibilities:
•Start or stop generators and other equipment as necessary.
•Read meters, and gauges to monitor voltage and electricity flows
•Check equipment and indicators.
•Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans and filters to supply water, fuel, lubricants and air.
•Make adjustments or minor repairs such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints, report any needs for major repairs.
•Collect water and electrolyte samples for laboratory analysis.
•Record and compile operational data, logs and reports.
•Report to Shift Supervisors in case of parameter abnormalities.
•Helped in routine maintenance and engine overhauling of electrical and mechanical work after approved time.
