Attendance, Over Time, Loans)
2- I innovated work work flow of HR Tasks
3- I Planned HR department strategy
4- I renewed calculation method of final settlement
based on Saudi Labor Law
At personnel section, on AX System I used to finlize below tasks:
1- Completion new hairing contract information through system.
2- Issuing ID cards of employees, fingerprints, and attendance on Access Manager Program.
3- Resignations process from "A to Z" .
4- Link finger prints to attendance
system (TAS program) .
5- Adding & removing Saudi employees on GOSI website.
6- Recording employee's leave requests into AX system
7- Coordination with flight agency to issue tickets of foreigner employees
8- Supervisor on personeel
The preparation and coordination of the official rhetoric of the company
- Print service certificates to employees

-Print the official company communications and staff and secured and transported to letters and passports-Saudi registration and excluded from receiving insurance medical insurance to employees after employee signature on receipt-I finished all the registration procedures in human resource Fund from registering on the site until the signing of HR-scheduling Executive Director
