• Lead daily, weekly, long-range, and shutdown maintenance planning activities across
mechanical and electrical assets.
• Lead daily, weekly, and shutdown planning and scheduling meetings, coordinating
closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure
aligned execution.
• Develop integrated maintenance schedules including preventive, corrective, and
turnaround activities using SAP PM and Primavera P6.
• Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), logical sequencing, and establish baseline
schedules.
• Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, and manage change control
processes.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on asset criticality and operational impact.
• Plan maintenance scope for rotating equipment, static equipment, valves, heat
exchangers, and mechanical integrity programs.
• Act as SAP PM power user managing maintenance strategies, task lists, BOM, master
data, and full work order lifecycle.
• Serve as single point of contact for contractors and monitor subcontractor performance
to ensure schedule adherence.
• Support turnaround budget monitoring and cost performance reporting.
• Provide emergency planning support and rapid rescheduling during plant breakdowns.
• Prepare executive KPI reports covering Schedule Compliance, PM Compliance, Backlog
Aging, Manpower Utilization, PM/CM Ratio, OEE, and Cost Performance.
• Identify and eliminate Bad Actor equipment using root cause analysis and reliability
improvement strategies.
