1. Ensure achievement of Quality Objectives defined for the project management systems for continuous improvement.
2. Sets up local area network at new project site and ensures smooth functioning of the network till completion of the project.
3. Installs and configures company's systems Primavera Project Planner, PCS, GDMS, GDES, SBT and any other system required at project site.
4. Conducts system implementation audits and sends report to PMS Head Office on weekly basis.
5. Maintains backup of all the software systems on daily basis and maintains log for the backups. Weekly back-ups should be stored safely at any suitable place away from the site.
6. Trouble shoots Networking, Hardware, software, and operating system problems at the project site.
7. Manages all user queries, problems related with the software systems at the project site and logs these queries for informing them to the System Engineer at Head Office through the weekly reports.
8. Ensures effective and optimized usage of servers and workstations by monitoring data being stored at them.
9. Manages data storage, data security and integrity.
10. Downloads and uploads patches that are sent by PMS Head Office to update the running software systems.
11. Ensures that no changes are made to the code of the software systems.
12. Installation, Configuration and maintenance of Lotus Notes for clients and ensures the smooth functionality of the software till the end of the project
